Shipping Information
We have many delivery options for you to choose from, depending on where you are in the world and how you wish your ELLORE package to be delivered.
Please see the below chart for shipping rates and estimated delivery times:
Australia Shipping Price & Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days
Cost: AUD $9.95 - Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days
Cost: AUD $14.95
New Zealand Shipping Price & Times
- Standard Shipping: Shipping time is 6+ business days. Cost: AUD $19.90
Rest of World Shipping Price & Times
This shipping price includes the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Canada & the rest of the world.
- Standard Shipping: Shipping time is 6+ business days. Cost: AUD $39.95
Please Note:
- Next Day and Express orders must be placed before 12Noon AEST Monday - Friday to be processed on the same day.
- We are not able to fulfil next day deliveries if the order is placed after 12Noon AEST on a Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Orders placed after this time and over the weekend will then be processed on the next business day.

Returns
We hope you love your ELLORE pieces however we aim for everything to be exactly right for you, so if you require a store credit or an exchange, please follow our returns policy below.
What is your return policy?
We must be notified about all returns 48hours after you’ve received your order and must be received back with us within14 days from the date you completed the purchase, you can start the process for your return here
Are any items not eligible for returns?
- Items must not have been worn or damaged
- Items must not have make-up and fake tan stains from wear or try-on
- Items must have all tags and original packaging.
Our returns are not free, so the return shipping fee will need to paid by the customer - please ensure to keep your tracking number once shipped in case of lost parcels.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 72 hours of receiving your return back, letting you know that your return has been received and processed. If you wanted an exchange we will ship out your new order once we’ve received your return, if you wanted a store credit we will email you your voucher to use for future orders.
PLEASE NOTE: WE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT FREE, HOWEVER WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO SEND YOUR RETURN PACKAGE WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for our International customers, so if you do need a different size or new style, please return the items to us for a store credit and place a new order for the new items required.
